College Acceptance Submission Instructions:
To submit college acceptances, please upload a file or screen shot of the email, letter, or webpage that verifies your acceptance to the Google Form below. You may upload more than one document per submission, but if you have a lot to upload, you may have to submit the form more than once. |
Scholarship Submission Instructions:
Scholarships from colleges: Submit proof of ALL scholarships you are offered! Even if they are offers from colleges you do NOT plan to attend! All merit & need-based aid from colleges count as scholarships, so you may upload your financial aid award letters, acceptance letters, or other documentation proving your award and amount. If the letter does not specify, please indicate whether the scholarship is renewable or not (renewable means you will receive the scholarship each year. If it is a one time scholarship, it is NOT renewable). Scholarships from local or national organizations: Please submit a copy or screenshot verifying your award and indicate whether the scholarship is renewable.
